In addition to our own products, we also manufacture custom brass parts according to the customers needs.
We offer the following services for our customers:
DESIGN
We use SOLIDWORKS 3D modeling software for product design.
MOLD AND TOOL MANUFACTURING
We design molds and tools with the aforementioned software. SOLIDWORKS supports the most common 3D file formats, so if the customer has a ready model, we can utilize it in mold manufacturing.
SPECIAL PRODUCTS AND CONTRACT MANUFACTURING
In addition to standard products, we also manufacture products and parts according to customer specifications and drawings.
Our customers include several prominent domestic and international industrial companies from various sectors. Customer-specific requirements are met quickly and professionally. We mainly work with dezincification-resistant brass, but we have also completed projects using entirely lead-free brass. We use modern machinery and manufacturing processes.
HEAT TREATMENT
We have a heat treatment furnace with a maximum operating temperature of 750°C. The internal dimensions of the furnace are as follows: width = 1400 mm, depth = 1400 mm, height = 800 mm, and the maximum load capacity is 5000 kg.
CASTING AND PRESSING
We are able to cast and press products using your tools.
MACHINING
Using our modern machinery, we are able to machine complex components that include drilling and milling. We are able to lathe other materials aside from brass.
