In addition to the standard products, we also manufacture products and parts according to customer's wishes and own drawings.
Our clients are several major domestic and overseas industrial companies from different industries. The customer's special requests are implemented quickly and professionally. We work mainly on zinc-resistant brass, but we have also implemented projects using completely unleaded brass. We use a modern machine base and manufacturing process.

We use SOLIDWORKS 3D modelling software to design products.
MANUFACTURE OF MOULD AND TOOLS
We design the above program for casting molds and tools. SOLIDWORKS supports the most common three-dimensional file formats, if the client has a complete sample image we can take advantage of it in mold manufacturing.
CASTING/HOT PRESSING
We implement drain and hot pressing with the customer's own tools. A premium hot-pressed machine is at our disposal.

Thanks to the modern machine base, we are able to mechanization of complex components that contain various drilling and milling machines. There are other materials than brass that we are turning on with the rod turning machines.
Heat treatment
We use a heat treatment oven with a maximum operating temperature of 750 °C. The oven is as follows: width = 1400 mm, depth = 1400 mm, height = 800 mm, maximum loading mass of 5000 kg.
